After the 12-hour cancellation window, or once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, the order will continue to be delivered to the provided shipping address.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must meet our eligibility conditions, including being unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
